Terms and Conditions

Last updated: April 7, 2026

1. Using RapidMed

By using RapidMed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What RapidMed Does

RapidMed helps you keep an emergency health profile and share it with a QR code. You can also manage privacy settings, health records, and optional features like Google Drive, PWD verification, and healthcare professional verification. RapidMed is not a hospital, clinic, or emergency service, and it does not give medical advice.

3. Your Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for making sure the information you add is accurate. This includes health details, emergency contacts, and any PWD or healthcare professional information you submit for review.

4. PWD Verification

If you apply for PWD verification, you must submit real and accurate details and clear images of your PWD ID. We may approve, reject, or ask you to submit again later if your PWD approval expires. After a request is approved or rejected, the uploaded ID images are deleted from our database. If your PWD approval expires, the PWD details will stop showing on supported parts of RapidMed until you renew and it is approved again.

5. Healthcare Professional Verification

If you apply for healthcare professional verification, you must submit real and accurate PRC license details and clear license images. We may approve, reject, or ask you to submit again later if your approval expires. After a request is approved or rejected, the uploaded license images are deleted from our database.

6. Privacy Settings

You choose who can see parts of your emergency profile. If your PWD verification is approved, you also choose where your PWD details can appear, such as on your cards or on your emergency profile.

7. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse RapidMed. This includes trying to access another person's account or data, sharing false information, or using the service in a way that breaks the law.

8. Optional Features

Some features, like Google Drive connection, QR scanning, PWD verification, healthcare professional verification are optional. RapidMed may also request location access only when you use features that need it, such as QR scanning flows or viewing the emergency profile's nearby hospital section. If you use these features, you agree to use them responsibly and understand that they may change over time.

9. Ads and Sponsored Content

RapidMed may display sponsored banners or Google-served ads in supported parts of the service. These ads may link you to third-party websites or forms. We are not responsible for third-party content, offers, or privacy practices outside RapidMed.

10. Changes and Availability

We may update, improve, pause, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms and post the latest version on this page.

11. Account Closing

You may stop using RapidMed at any time. You may also delete your account through your account settings, subject to our Privacy Policy. If you delete your account, your PWD and healthcare professional records linked to that account are also removed, including any pending verification images. Learn more about account deletion.
